Highly regarded, luxury NYC hotel seeking Chef de Cuisine for multiple daily events. The ideal candidate will have experience with F&B Operations in a luxury hotel setting and be very familiar with running large events. Our Chefs demonstrate leadership in the kitchen, upholding all company systems and policies and ensuring all are followed. Events Chef de Cuisine will have detailed execution while upholding the highest standards of food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements to ensure health and safety of guests and team members.
- Minimum 3 years as Chef de Cuisine in luxury hotel setting
- Experience running and overseeing large events
- Must be able to run 3 meal period kitchen
- Food Handler’s Certificate
