Salary: $70,000 – $75,000

Description:

Baltimore based restaurant group is looking to bring on an experienced Culinary Professional for an incredible Chef De Cuisine opportunity. This candidate will have the opportunity to oversee and lead by their own example a kitchen that serves exceptional food, is cleanly and efficiently run, and that achieves its financial goals. Ideal candidate will build and maintain a team, manage exceptional product and its use, and work with owners and management to create an exceptional dining experience for a range of guests.

Requirements: 

  •  Must have experience with inventory and daily accounting procedures.
  • Comfortable with hiring and training of new team members
  • Well Versed with day to day HR practices.
  • Sourcing local and sustainable food purveyors and products
  • Must be Service Driven
  • High Standard of Quality and Consistency.
