DESCRIPTION:
Luxury brand is expanding and seeking an experienced AM Restaurant Manager for a VIP club and luxury restaurant.
Ideal candidate will have Maitre D sensibilities, VIP and luxury experience and at least
1+ years at restaurant manager experience.
NYC-based experience are
preferred.
Sommelier Experience is a huge plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Opening restaurant daily, setting up for successful breakfast and lunch service.
• Introduce and ensure training manuals are distributed to appropriate personnel, fro all AM staff,
establish and monitor procedures to guarantee the service provided is based on
the Company concept and dining experience.
• Manage and train the team according to the US labor laws and regional standards in
the restaurant sector.
• Ensure Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes and
company safety and security policies are met.
• Support in Hire, train and conduct staff performance review, take disciplinary action, motivate
and train AM staff
• Guarantee food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Ensure a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work
behaviors of the team.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 1-2 years high volume restaurant management experience with notable restaurant groups
• Fine Dining experience
• P&L and COGS experience and history of interaction with Accounting personnel
• Experience in maintaining all aspects of operations including HR related
responsibilities
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word and any other hospitality software’s
• Strategic Planning and Verbal Communication
