Salary: $85,000 – $95,000


As the Assistant General Manager of our Soho location, you will be supporting the General Manager in leading and managing the daily operations. You will also have a direct role in ensuring that customers have a unique and memorable dining experience. Your position will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of operations and upholding our brand.


  • Working with the GM to manage and oversee restaurant operations
  • Supporting staff in delivering superior guest service
  • Intuitive communication in order to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Responding efficiently and tactfully to guests’ questions and concerns
  • Scheduling 
  • Managing and leading staff
  • Training and evaluating staff performance
  • Managing restaurant supplies
  • Control costs and minimize waste
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • P&L oversight
  • Working with the GM to implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
  • Culture-development 


  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in Restaurants and Hospitality
  • High volume experience is a must
  • Fine dining experience preferred
  • Knowledge & understanding of restaurant financials 
  • Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities
  • Self-motivated and strong desire to grow within Hospitality
  • Guest-oriented
  • Good understanding of MS Office and restaurant software programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
